Teams need themes - or at least I believe they do. This year the theme has been "What's in your jar?" Catchy - yes, but important too. You need to be filling your jar, because it won't be long before the basketball season will be upon us. Fill them up! You can do it, and many of you have been doing it. The good thing is that those who are filling their jars are getting better each and every day. The bad thing is that there are some who aren't. The team can only be as good as the work that individuals put in. Fill your jar and see what happens. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish not only as an individual, but more importantly what you can accomplish as a team.
